ERROR in Notes:
Lecture 2 (March 30), Exercise 2.5 erroneously stated that R(3,4)=10.
In fact, R(3,4)=9. The error has been corrected, along with other
small editorial changes (the Klein - Erdös - Szekeres story has been
included and the related problems received Exercise numbers). The revised
notes have been posted.
