Computer Vision Algorithms Engineer
Meg recently graduated from Northwestern University with a MS in Robotics. Meg got her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She now works at Applied Research Associates in North Carolina as a Computer Vision Algorithms Engineer where she works on Visual Inertial Odometry systems for both vehicle and dismount applications.
Senior Robotics Engineer
Luis has a B.S. from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. Luis has worked as a software engineer for many companies including Lime Brokerage, Google, and Verb Surgical. He's currently leading the software and robotic controls efforts for Chef Robotics, where he is working to bring flexible robotics to the food industry.
Senior Applied Scientist
Dylan Glas studied Aerospace Engineering and Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences at MIT, earning two B.S. degrees and one M.S. degree, after which he completed a Ph.D. in robotics from Osaka University. In academia, Dylan has worked as a senior researcher at the Advanced Telecommunications Research (ATR) Institute and as a Guest Associate Professor at at Osaka University, where he worked as a software architect on the ERICA android robot. Dylan has also worked in industry developing the Xiaoyi educational home robot at Huawei and is now working on the Astro robot as at Amazon Lab126.
