Style Sheets - Part 7 (Free-range class rules)

Sometimes it is nice to be able to apply a style rule to a class without worrying about it's HTML element. This can be done as follows:
<STYLE type="text/css">
   .hot {color:red}
</STYLE>
In this case, any element that has a CLASS=hot attribute will be affected. For example:
It is <EM CLASS=hot>critical</EM> that you protect your guinness.

<UL>
<LI CLASS=hot>This is really important. </LI>
<LI>This isn't so important (yawn). </LI>
</UL>
Produces the following output:

It is critical that you protect your guinness.
